Seventh Anniversary Edition!

This year, we are bringing back our traditional Coloring Contest to celebrate our Seventh Anniversary! Evelia, known to us as HRB and to the fandom as kaptainsnot has drawn some beautiful lineart exclusively for this contest.

We will have at least two prize winners: a first and second place overall. If we receive a lot more entries than we expect, we may be also able to break them up into categories like real media, digital media, etc. Prizes to be determined. Additional places/prizes (if any) will determined at a later time. If you are an Immeritus Club Member and you are a winner, you will also receive one of our uber cool Immeritus Bumper Stickers . If you want to participate, here is what you need to know:

1. You must be a registered user of this site to participate in this contest.
2. Download the original lineart in jpg format to your computer. The files are rather large, and you can resize them to suit your needs so long as the finished image is no smaller than 400 pixels wide.
3. You can either print out the image on a sheet of paper and use real media to color it, or leave it on your computer and use digital coloring techniques. There are no rules on what type of media you can or cannot do this in. Use your imagination. Be creative.
4. If you use real media, you must have a way of submitting your art electronically by use of a scanner (best) or digital photography. We will not accept mailed entries.
5. If you want to submit more than one entry, you are more than welcome to.
6. Original lineart remains the sole property of Evelia. You must not add watermarks to the image, and especially do not claim it as your own art.
7. Do not submit your entry into any archives or sites except your own. The image is for exclusive Immeritus use only.
8. In order to receive a prize, you must provide an address for mailing to MagicalObizuth upon notification of your win. If you are underage in your country, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission to share your address. Please make use of work, school, and other family member's addresses for your personal safety reasons. We will not share your address with anyone, and MagicalObizuth will be the only one with access to it, but those are always good practices online.
9. Send your entries to magicalobizuth@immeritus.org :
   • Subject: [username]'s Coloring Contest Entry #[1,2,3? etc]
   • Content should include your username and the image as an attachment.
10. Entries will be accepted no later than August 30, 2008. Judging will be conducted by the staff and Evelia herself. Winners will be posted soon after.
